When a visitor is checked in or out of the neighborhood, the respective house owner/family member/tenant will be receiving a notification on their smartphone. To provide another security layer whereby it prevents strangers from entering the neighborhood by just sampling giving a house number.

Tenant Management

Residents will have access to their own parking management portal through their resident login. Residents will be able to add or remove vehicles, edit vehicle details, see assigned parking decals, upgrade space assignment, keep accurate inventory of vehicles and more through the portal.
