How many pages for the website will I get?
We offer customized website design service for our clients. Our web consultant will contact you after received your order and introduce the suitable package to you based on your requirement.
When can I view my first draft website?
Website design will take from 7 to 14 working days (depending on the plan you subscribe) after customer provide the full details & images to copywriter for proofreading. Upon delivery of the draft website, client must inform Exabytes of all the revisions/amendments needed within 7 working days. Up to three rounds of revision request are allowed. Any additional revisions/amendments will be charged under maintenance hour. Failure to contact within 7 days means client is satisfied with the website, and we will publish the page directly.
After I confirm the website, can I request amendments again?
Yes, after website is confirmed and published, any request for amendments will be charged under maintenance hour.
Can I request for refund?
Strictly NO REFUND is allowed after confirmation and payment.
If I don't renew my service after the end of subscription, can I still keep the website?
Your website will remain published as long as you renew your domain and web hosting. For more enquiries regarding this, please feel free to contact our sales consultants.
When will my website be published?
Your website will be published within 30 days after the website draft is ready. The 30-day period of revision is final, and we regret to inform that no extension will be allowed.
Once the website draft is ready, how many rounds of revision are allowed?
Customers may request up to 3 rounds of revision after the website draft is ready.
